Eyesight or hearing problem

I have a Barred Rock young hen who seems to have poor eyesight and hearing. She is part of my flock of 9. They're all 6 months old. Ever since I moved them to their run and coop she has been odd man out. Her comb has not developed as it should and she's just a bit smaller than the rest of her companions.

She eats and drinks just fine, poop is normal, crop is good too.

When I go into the run to feed treats the others overrun her and take everything. When separating her for treats she doesn't seem to see or hear the fly larva hitting the ground and just pecks around them.

I believe she is the chick I nursed back to health when she was in the brooder. She was very distressed and failing.

She's active and looks healthy enough but am I missing something in nutrition for her? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Can you get a better photo of her left eye? It looks dilated and a little sunken.
The right one also looks slightly sunken.

Have you ever had any symptoms of respiratory illness within your flock?

I'd check her ears for any infection.

See that she's eating/drinking well. It can be hard to know what's going on.

Does she have any mucous or lesions inside the beak?

The eye I think looks o.k. and not dilated, but both eyes have a bit of a sunken look that sometimes you see with respiratory illness or eye infections.

Let me tag in @Eggcessive to see what she thinks.

It's good that she's eating/drinking normally. I'd still check her crop and look her over for lice/mites.

I've never known a Barred Plymouth Rock to turn down any type of treat.
