Im looking for some advice on a facial injury. See pic below. I’m worried about the swelling on the chickens face. I have applied blukote and neosporin to the cut but the swelling (around her ear?) seems to be not changing/worsening. I’m wondering if I need to take her to the vet or if the injury will clear up. She has been hurt for over a week. She has no indication that she’s in pain: no lethargy, eat drinking fine, laying daily still.

If vet care is an option, that's usually best.

If not, then I'd continue to care for the wound. Clean with an antiseptic like Chlorhexidine, then apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment.
Look inside the ear for any pus or infection.
