Facing hatching percentage problem

I am keeping hen for few years but still i am not good to get the 95% plus result with manual hatcher. if any body can help me in this regard.

Are you saying you Do not get 95%+ hatch rate with a incubator??? Most Don't!! What type incubator are you using? What has your hatch % been?
