Is incubating ducks eggs better in a type of season or can you do it anytime?
i keep getting told its better to do it around april? i had some eggs last month only 1 survived

If the males are molting, then they might not be breeding.
I could see where spring could be better hatch rates.

You can incubate fertile eggs any time of the year you want.

Did you incubate the eggs yourself in a bator?

If so...do you have calibrated instruments in it?
A salt tested humidity gauge and at least one (3 would be better) calibrated thermometer?

I skimmed ALL of your other threads. It appears you don't have calibrated instruments in your bator which means your bator is probably not running correctly/part of the problem.
