I have a 1 year old EE who looks like a shell-less egg busted on the way out. I noticed she didn't get down from the roosting bars this evening when I refilled their feed bucket. Her tail was lowered, so I took a look under it. It looked like some runny poo was on a couple feathers, and something off white was slightly protruding from her vent. I brought her inside and gave her a quick rinse and then washed a small tote for an Epsom bath. I let her soak for awhile, and I took a medicine dropper and fully filled it with warm water/distilled vinager mix and sprayed it up her vent. A bit of cloudy liquid came out, a tiny bit of poo, and some of the shell came out, but I know she still had more in her vent. Her crop was empty, so I assume that she stayed in the coop all day. She did eat a bit of chick crumble from my hand. I have her wrapped in a towel in my lap right now. What are the chances that she'll survive?
