I have a cream legbar thts 6 days old but is the weight of a 1 day old chicks. It won't stand up anymore and has diarrhea. I gave it 1 ml of hydradrench earlier and an egg scrambled with two yolks. It's not getting any better its looking like it won't make the night.
Should I keep my other chicks with it in the brooder or seperate it?

Should I treat all the chicks with corrid?

Should we cull it and how do you do that peacefully and humane? Is there even a way?

My heart is breaking seeing it suffer.
It could stand earlier today and eat the egg but now it won't eat, I can dip it's beak in the water and it tries to drink.

It may be just failure to thrive. Internal problems. Keep it comfortable until it passes. Its up to you weather you leave it under heat or separate it.

Unless you see signs of cocci in the other chicks i would hold off on corid. Bloody poop, loose stools, fluffed up are signs.

If you feel the need to cull, good scissors or a sharp knife to take the head off is quick and humane.
