Failure to thrive?

Trying again with pictures of this chick. Chicks are a week old or so. One RIR is half the size of the other one. She eats and drinks, but she also sleeps a lot and spends most of her time under the heat lamp. She even falls asleep every time we hold her.

I've started giving her vitamins. I can't get her to eat any egg. None of my chicks seem to like eggs, boiled or scrambled.

I'm having the same trouble with my RIR, how did yours make out? Any suggestions?? Mine isn't eating that well and she's pasted up as well. (she was not a fan of the warm water hiney scrub)
