Fair pricing

Thats the difference in hatching eggs vs. eating eggs. It really takes alot more time and resources to properly raise breeders to make those hatching eggs. Its normal for chicken hatching eggs to be twice as expensive, and even then 5$ per egg isnt considered an arm and a leg by most. I have personally paid 25$ per egg for my svart hona eggs.
a family member of mine has svart hona they are beautifull! And 25$ an egg and 75$ for week olds :th

The closest hatchery to me sells quail eggs 24 for 32$, Then 77$ for shipping. about 4.50$ an egg

It really depends on a lot of factors. It depends on where you are, how much shipping costs, if they're common or rare colours, if the breeder is NPIP certified or a backyard breeder, etc.

It seems that in my experience, including shipping, I pay about $1-1.25/egg? I usually get my eggs from people I know (here) or from the Myshire Farm auctions, so I don't pay as much as some do.

I paid more than that for my most recent order, but it was Falb Fee, Grau Fee, and Pansy Fee, which are all pretty neat, rare colours.
Do buttons come in all the fee / fairy morph's/colors or just some of them
