Fairly new chicken dad

Hi everyone! This is my second season raising chickens. First went very well , produced 8 great egg laying hens. This season not so much. Unfortunately we have neighbor issues which lead to us keeping chickens in garage longer then needed. We have already lost one and one is not looking good. We have to downsize our flock which is very disheartening because town only allows 6 hens. Been a rough few week. But I'm happy to be here.
