I've been on gluten/dairy/sugar free diets before. Trust me, you will find food once you're hungry enough.

I have a list of things i can eat. But it does get hard to find stuff.
If i add gluten free onto that list it would cut it down a ton

The sprinkles may contain gluten .. a lot of sweeties contain wheat starch. My son is allergic to wheat.
