Yes. IF your hen will go broody?? That is a way a lot try---to encourage broodiness. But if one does go broody--- wait a couple of days to make sure she is staying on the nest and remove any real eggs daily or twice daily----then if she is in a pen with other hens(I properly move all my broody hens to a private pen) you will need to mark ever how many fresh fertile eggs you want her to set on---remove fake, put new under her-----then EVERY day look under her and remove any fresh layed un-marked eggs or you will have a mess if you don't.
