Yeah, and I've lost some chicks lately from shipping stress so I was at high risk. I totally forgot this was going to be going on. I just went in to buy some food since I had a 10% off coupon...

All the chicken owners on FB pre warned everyone, even before my daughter knew and she works for our local TSC!

The lady who was helping me pick out the chicks at TSC said she made a post about it on FB and tagged TSC but that she hadn't seen much response.

I keep telling myself I'm at a good place right now, 9 outside of which 3 are laying. 6 silkies inside but going out soon. Then people start posting babies pictures and my "I want babies" kicks in!

I'll be sad when mine are all grown up. I do love the adults too though. I just love chickens in general.
