False egg laying

I have rescued 3 hens from a slaughter house and Molly the Long Island red has laid eggs from the size of golf balls to a very large 3 yolk egg to a no shell egg. Missy and Maggie are fine, I get the same size eggs every day. Molly for the last 4 days, however goes thru the process, but does not produce any eggs. She also does not do this the same time everyday like the other 2. Missy and Maggie always are done by 8am. Molly seems to go around the clock. Should I take her to the vet or will she grow out of this?

is it possible she could be egg bound? I would rub her and see if you can feel an egg in her.
