Fan in coop...any harm?

I just bought a nice outdoor barn fan and mounted it in the corner of the coop to use on hot nights. The fan is on low but is a strong "low" setting and blowing directly on them. Is there any harm in letting a fan blow directly on them all night?
I have fans in almost all of my coops. They seem to enjoy them, and it helps to keep the flies away.

They might like it, they might not.
Can they get out of the flow?

Might feel like it's helpful, especially to sweaty humans...birds not so much.

Yes, mosquitoes and gnats too!
I kinda thought it was aiding the ventilation. I thought you'd be a fan of fans.
:D

And now they have air conditioning in their coop instead. Just for the unusually hot days.

I don't know that blowing air on them is as useful as either moving hot air out of the coop or moving cooler air into the coop.

They don't sweat so a cooling breeze isn't as effective for them as for us.
I wonder if the fan I have is pushing the air around cuz it is aimed at the coop entry but like 16' away and also not at ground level - it is bout 4' up on pedalstal.
They have all started going in the coop now!!! Remember I had mentioned concern bout em sleeping on the porch of coop rather than going inside it unless I went down there every single night!
Here's pic for reference. Of course I say that and they just came out 😆

What a darling set up you have there! I'd hang out there, if I was a chicken.

Awe thank u...old antique buffet my daughter was gonna TRASH cuz it had couple cosmetic problems. So I took a hammer to it and used pallets to put in "floor" rather than them scratching on antique stuff and screened the front of it so it will open and close like a garage door (manual of course 😆) and it makes an awesome transition brooder til they are ready to with the big babies!
The d'uccles LUV looking at themselves in the mirror!
I don't mind em sleeping on porch when it is 101+ but when it cools back down in fall n winter I sure hope they will sleep inside that nice coop!!!
