fan in incubator

i am building a wine cooler incubator and i dont know if the fan runs all the time on come on and off with( lite or heat sores) dose any know it is no pob ether way just not shur

In my sportsmen the fan runs all the time, in my hova bator the fan comes on and off with the heater. I don't think it matters.

I am adding a computer fan with a usb plug in adapter so I can just plug it in and it will run all the time.
