Fan is installed!!!...but a little noisy?

How do you instally your fans. Blowing up or down? I have heard both ways and wonder which way works best.

Probably dont really matter in a Hova-bator so much but an LG has a vent where the fan goes. If you install it pointing down it will pull cold are threw that vent an cool the eggs. Blowing up works better.
