Fan okay for 4 week old chicks?

My chicks are 4 weeks old and have been in there new coop for a few days now. Its in the 90s right now and I have a fan running in the coop. I have it pointed away from them right now. Can I point it towards them so they get a breeze? I could put in on low/medium.....its pretty small fan that dosen't blow very strong. I just didn't know if they could get sick or something with a fan blowing on them....I'm just trying to be careful lol!

I've been using a fan on my chicks since they were two weeks old. With heat indexes in the 100s, it's necessary. They have plenty of room to get out of the way of the actual breeze if they want to.
