I thought this would be a nice way to keep track of my broods this year. Books get lost, but this makes an easy-to-find and familiar place to record my chicks as they hatch and grow. And guess what? Each post is dated!

Today is day 1, hour 1 of the new incubator hatch.
Sires are "Biscuit Cucumber" and an unnamed rooster, both just over a year old. They are half brothers, sired by "Trumpet," a Little Peddlers roo.

I'm having trouble keeping the humidity up. It got down to I think 35% last night. I've considered leaving it dry, but that's just too low for me to deal with. I want my temp at 99.5, and I want my humidity at 49%. Its just impulse.
I'm considering putting a damp cloth in there to help stabilize the humidity while I'm gone to town and work, but I've never used things like that before. I also don't have a sponge, so... help?
