Hello and welcome to BYC! So happy you have joined our community. This is the best place to learn and share your chicken (and farming) adventures. You can add your location to your profile. You could look online to find someone to process your poultry for you. There's a USDA facility just up the road from me (that's country speak for 10 to 20 miles) that has great prices. You just drop off your birds one day and pick up the packaged goods the next day. Best of luck with your farm and enjoy your retirement.
