Will this be ok for my quail when they hatch?

That stuff is ONLY a supplement. It is not to fed as is. You mix it in a 7:1 ratio or more. So, for every 7 cups of feed, you would mix in 1 cup of Farmers Helper. You can even go as high as 12:1. Mix it up well.

thanks it was the only thing i found with 32% i'll mix it with my game bird feed

I bought a bag of that the other day, myself. I think they need to use bigger print in labeling the fact that it is a supplement. I almost walked out with just that and no regular feed. My chicks have just hatched the other day, so I don't have any comment other than that.

This is a great supplement. I use it on all my quail and chickens. They love the stuff and it seems to really add something to the diet. Everybody enjoys eating it and it improves the over all health.
