So in NYS in order to sell eggs they must be refrigerated. This fall I will be selling for the first time. I was curious if someone could help me out as to how to refrigerate them at farmers markets. My only thought was a cooler, maybe with a shelf above the ice to stack the eggs. Are there any other options? Thanks!

I'll have to look into that cooler. I thought about the fridge but then I would need a generator of some sort. And a loud generator at a farmers market could be obnoxious.

Coolers would work, there are some large ones if you hunt for them. I see them used for cheese and other perishables in this area, have not found anyone selling eggs.
