Fast Laying Breed?

I sell my chickens in the winter because they are out in a field and I cant get electric out there and don't want to have to deal with the whole thing. I want the satisfaction of raising the chickens from day old chicks shipped to me and get eggs from them. Problem is I get the chick in Mid March and by October they are gone and I never saw there first egg? Is there a breed that lays at a younger age like say a few months?

Soonest I've seen eggs is at 18 weeks.

Red and Black Sex links and leghorns are laying machines.
