Little guy hatched 3 days early + I thought they'd be late or weak because early on in the incubation, the power went out for an entire day. The egg turner was still in and I wasn't candling much as all the eggs had heavy pigment. This is my 7th time incubating eggs, I don't think I've ever seen a chunkier chick.
I was planning on taking the turner out today when I heard him chirping from the other room... Found him almost out of the egg and had to rush to take all the eggs out. He immediately was on his feet running around in the incubator. Guess I don't have to worry about these guys health afterall

I'm hatching these eggs for someone else. The eggs were bought from someone who raised purebred chicks and sold them as adults so they should be 50/50 breed mixes, they dont sell broiler breeds, I'm thinking ameraucana mix
