Faulty hen? 7month old hen still not laying

I think Hop played her first eggs. There are two spearmint colored speckled eggs. One kind of skinny and oblong. The other more decidedly egg shaped. I’m so excited. I think three of my egger lay blue or green eggs. I can’t tell if the other lays this big pinkish one or the cream colored one. I have Orpingtons and Australorps that could be responsible for one of them. My blue breasted brown leghorns surprised us with white eggs when we had been told we purchased blue Plymouths. They were a nice surprise though, my basket truly looks like Easter when I collect now

Yay! Sounds like she "got with the program"! One of my Eggers often has speckles on her green eggs, so pretty! That skinny oblong egg does sound like a "first effort". Congrats to Hop, and to you!
