What is your favorite breed of duck. Mine is Rouen. Now lets hear your opions.

I don't think any duck is prettier than a male mandarin or wood duck. As far as ducks I have kept, I would say my mallards.

The only ducks that I have are pekins... and they would be perfect if only they would hatch their eggs! Otherwise they are my all time favorite.

I like Welsh Harlequins. Silver appleyards are a close second.

It think the calls, mallards are the prettiest- But my favorite because of personality is muscovies- They may be kinda fugly - but I love em!!

My fav is my crested rouen, i am new to the duck raising but so far he's my favorite.

So far I only have two breeds - calls and swedish - I like the calls better (they are funny!).

I do have silver appleyard eggs in the bator - hope they hatch out, will reconsider which is my faves once I have those.
