EE for me. Lots of variety, colored eggs, varying personality.

FWIW, we’ve owned a few SF from 2 different sources. They are laid back snd very calm. They are very attractive. There isn’t anything to dislike about them. However, in a mixed flock (OUR mixed flock in particular), they were not a good fit. Too laid back, easy to pick on. They didn’t really do much either. So, we’ve gotten rid of them both times we’ve owned them.
