Faverolles - Quick Question

Thank you for the replies. I have a Faverolles that was sold to me as a mismarked pullet at a show. Her coloring is similar to, but not the same as, a roo. Sadly, I don't know her age, but I'm guessing that she is at least 16 weeks old. I'm trying to figure out if she is a pullet or if I have a roo on my hands. Guess I'll know more when she either lays an egg or starts to crow!

Post a picture. There are a lot of dark pullets out there. Is the head and hackle feathers cream or salmon? At which show did you find this bird?

There is a Faverolles thread here too. You can post a picture there as well and we can help you out. I would cut and paste it but I am on my phone.

You should post a full body profile picture of it on our What Breed or Gender is This? section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this, and let our experts there sex it for you.
