Faverolles wanted!

I am currently searching for breeders that sell hatching eggs from Faverolles. Salmon, as well as the other uncommon colors. I am seeking BQ/SQ as I am trying to start my own flock. I currently have (1) pullet and (4) 4 week old chicks, only one of those being a pullet. All in salmon. I'd like to add some diverse blood and color to my stock!

I just need farm/breeder info to contact in search of shipped fertile eggs.

You could ask on the Faverolles thread. However I think most people have broken up their pens for the season. I broke up mine back in June, but then I don't ship eggs anyway.

As for the "other" colors, most don't exist in LF.

I would venture to guess Gabbard farms faverolles are not BQ SQ. They have so many birds that they are essentially a hatchery.

I will have eggs in the spring if your interested I only have Salmon Faverolle so all my eggs are purebred but if your wanting them sooner i am still getting about 6 eggs a day they have slowed down on the laying probably because of the cooler weather, I am a new breeder of the Salmon faverolles and trying to get my name out there i have some beautiful birds and just now starting to have my own stock Thanks ..

I am looking into getting some Faverolles but heard they do not do well in a mixed flock. So I am in research mode. Do you sell chicks or just eggs? Do you ship? prices? And are these show stock? I'm really not wanting to show and deffinately not wanting to pay the bigger prices they bring, but would like them to look and be what they are suppose to be. Any info would be great. I'm from Ohio btw. "Go Bucks!" lol

There are 2 big shows coming up this month in Ohio. I'm sure the Pattersons will be there and they have LF Faverolles. You can talk to them about getting eggs/chicks/birds.
