Faverolles

I got some baby chicks this week and I am trying to figure out who's who. I have a couple of chicks that by process of elimination must be the faverolles except they don't look like it. One has chipmunk coloring the other is gray-black with a golden brown head. They both have feathered legs, neither has 5 toes. Are they Faverolles or did the hatchery mix them up.

They sound like cochin chicks. Gold laced and partridge maybe?
