I do a lot of studying on different chicken breeds.

Oegb,Amerucana( real ones) and polish

I love so many, but, if I had to choose...
1. ISA Brown (they're so friendly and produce beautiful brown eggs)
2. Plymouth/Barred Rock or Wyandotte (we have two golden laced pullets and two of the Barred Rocks all of which are pretty friendly and I love their colors)
3. White leghorns (I don't know if it's just white ones or all leghorns, but they seem to be either loved or really disliked. Personally, I love my white leghorns. They have started to lay pretty early, 15-17 weeks and given time and paitence, can be friendly. Not to mention they can be quite the characters and lay large white eggs. It all depends on what you want them for/what you can tolerate and what type of person you are.)

Leghorns come in many colors.
