OP, I'm really glad to see she's recovering. I see a lot of jumping to Marek's conclusions on this board. We had a special needs baby that has, and probably will have, a lifelong vitamin deficiency. The whole flock now gets added poultry cell or poultry nutri-drench, as well as probiotics since her gut bacteria was non-existent when she came to the vet with paralysis. After we got our girl in a sling, her whole outlook changed, literally. But it took about a month of babying her to get her back to functioning without our constant care. If you have other birds that possibly have a vitamin deficiency, it wouldn't hurt to give them some supplements and see if it helps. I thought we might have had an issue with buying old, nutrient depleted food from tractor supply, so we switched vendors.
