Favorite horse or pony breed?

I have several breeds I really love, Morgan, Arab, Standard Quarter Horses, Galicino, Mustang, just so many! My best barrel horse was SQHA, my favorite show horse was an Arab, my best trail horse was a Morgan/Arab cross and the hottest was the Galicino.

Any horse really, I wouldn't be picky. My dad won't let me get one after we went to look at one and he tried ridding it...ROFL! funny seeing your dad get bucked off a 14 hand pony.

You mean there are other breeds besides Arabians??

Arabians are VERY smart, and some people do not understand them. It mainly comes down to, you have to be smarter than what you are working with.

I have ridden and trained a few different breeds, but must say I am most impressed with the cutting bred Quarter horses that have been in my life.

Our QH Cutting horse Joker - aka Double Bar Dallas

He is about to be shown for his first time. Talk about a smooth mover.

And I admire both of our older cutting horses, but only have a pic of one right now. Here is my oldest dd on her 24 year old QH - Chigger. Still showing and still winning....

I have to agree that each person is going to find their favorite in what they like to do with their horse and how the temperment works with them.
