I like B&J Caramel Sutra, it has a caramel core mmmmmm...
But my all time fave is from a local Indian place : Saffron Rosewater. It's a vanilla base with saffron(duh), pistashio pieces and little pieces of rose water in it- very refreshing!

Well, folks, if you are here in Texas, the best is BLUE BELL ICE CREAM from Brenham, Texas! If you are in Texas, go on a grand tour there and get a free dip.

My favorite is Butter Pecan. Blue Bell used to have Fruit Special, but they don't make it anymore. It was a pinkish colored vanilla ice cream with those red and green candied cherries, pineapple almonds, and marshmallows. It was sooo good. They used to only sell it in the summer time.

I saw a recipe once for rose petal lavendar ice cream, anyone ever tried it? Didnt have the ingredients so couldnt make it.
