Love Love Loved Blue Bell White Chocolate Almond growing up... then they killed it. Then in a fluke a few weeks ago my Kroger had a 1/2gallon but the bits had been changed... instead of small little cubes of WC it was flat plates. Still awesome, so of course I looked for more... no dice, it's gone again. Evil Blue Bell.

Also love mint chocolate chip... and a WHOLE lot of others... but I usually order MCC so I'll leave it at that.

I got a small little ice cream maker not long back. Been making vanilla, SO GOOD, but today I got brave and I'm trying chocolate. Had to chop 5oz of bitter chocolate, 2/3c milk and 1/3c sugar and melt it, it's cooling in the fridge now... 2 hours! But around 6 I'll be able to get the maker going and in 25-40 mins we'll get to give it a go. Can't Wait!
