favorite movie moments

My husband is watching Forrest Gump in the living room (well, he was, now he's asleep). Anyway, I just looked up and saw the scene where Forrest and Jenny are wading towards each other in the pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial with the Washington Monument in the background and the crowd roars with applause when they reach each other. Isn't that a great scene?

well i myself am a scifi junky and if anyone has ever watched the movies tremors I love that part where they are in the junkyard and the girl says " take that A**blaster, blast your own D*** A**" i think it was in movie number two.

Dances with wolves, when they are introducing themselves, the girl kicks with her foot and John Dunbar says Kick and she says yes but more kick....Kicking...... Buuuuuurrrrd.......Kicking Bird, and he says he is John Dunbar and the medicine man says John Dumbear ,..... no not dumbear , dunnnnbar....not dumbear!!

I kinda like Apollo 13, at the end, when the space module finally makes it back into radio contact after going through the atmosphere back to earth.

Cold Mountain - Renee Zelleweger moment....no not when she deftly dispatchs the "ornery rooster" but when whe is in the fields with Nichole Kidman and she is tasting the soil and rattling off everything that needs to be done. Don't know why exactly just like the "down homeness" of the scene....

Great topic, I have alot more but that one comes to the forefront at the moment.

Part of my job entails proof reading....my old boss said I was like John Coffey was with diseases, I ingest them, then spew them.....probably not the best imagery.....sorry
