I know they should have kept him a bug, but his character was just SOOOO Lovable!!
I'm going to have to watch the first one again this weekend! We got the second one on blueray and it was AWESOME!!

I wouldn't watch the second one if you haven't seen the first one. You might be able to get a 2 for one set for just a little more than buying the one.

Not to kill the hype for all the movie fans, but I loved and still love the original cartoons....and I just felt like they ruined the movies by including the vulgarities that they did.

Yes, I realize they were making it for the generations that grew up watching the cartoons on tv, but seriously, some of that stuff, especially in the second movie, is not kid friendly at all! My kids love Transformers and I'm not even comfortable letting them watch the second movie. They've seen the first one, and I was a little undecided about allowing them to watch that one.

So, I'm on the hunt to find the original cartoons for my kids.

The stuff they make for all you younger ones nowadays, I just feel so bad for you! The good stuff came out in the '80s! We had Transformers, He-Man, She-Ra, Thundercats, and Voltron. And the Smurfs. Let's not forget the Smurfs!

As for my favorite Transformer, original cartoon had a red car that was an autobot, the kids always rode around in him...can't remember his name....and Optimus Prime.

New Movies-Optimus Prime and Bumblebee.
