Years ago I developed and sold fawn ginger coturnix. I believe I the only one around who had the color. 2 years ago I had to sell out of them due to personal reasons and worried I wouldn't be able to find more again. I got some pharoh eggs in the mail and once those chicks layed eggs I hatched those birds and I finally got a nice female fawn so I will continue to Linebreed for this color and should have some for sale.

Here a fawn compared to the regular pharoh. They are basically a recessive pharoh causing a cinnamon color.

You use them just like any other coturnix. They fly very well, bigger birds for meat and lay tons of eggs.

I just aquired a pair, But some new bloodline to go with them would be Lovely !
