FB, seriously? Not making enough money already?

That's what I call it.. When I'm not using another four letter word that also starts with an F  That site makes me mad some days.
sometimes I think it's what you call it with all the friend requests I get from women that I don't know many times I look at the profile to see if I simply forgot the name or it's a classmate that got married whatever and they have scantly clad photos there or actual links to porn. If I wanted porn I'd look for it elsewhere, not on a social media platform that does not advertise it....

I get the odd iffy friend request, but nothing inappropriate so far, thank goodness! If/when I come across it I report it, but FB is so-so about removing it. It seems things have to be really, really bad before they take action.

Why I mentioned porn is one came thru yesterday advertising porn links on their page! usually it is graphic pics, clothed but almost indecent.... If you hear some comedians like their wives won't let porn in the house but her ladies magazines are almost like soft porn type pics. not much to really report because they are barely appropriate, if you know what I mean...

I deleted my account on there ages ago and I've not missed it one bit, at first I thought it was good but it got worse as time went on.
I think I had around 30 friends and most of them were family, but some had lots more so how they answered all those posts I don't know, they must have spent hours on there.

Then the stories of young kids getting bullied by horrible posts and going to the extreme of committing suicide is terrible.
One of my daughters got some bad posts off a girl that had fallen out with her, I told her to put her on the ignore, but she too now has left FB along with my other daughter.

Haha I have the same problem with a lot of 'friends' that are 'single and live in my neighbourhood'. I have a name which is more common as a name for a male.. but these people offcourse don't care they just want to find as many males as possible for the chance that they can rip one of them off. Due to these 'people' using algorhytms and such to find these 'victims' the ammount of commercials for thing I have to buy/do for my penis that I don't have is sometimes hilarious. And annoying. Being on the internet as a man is really different, and more annoying, then a woman I think. Commercial wise.

For my compagny I had to buy facebook ads. I didn't believe in it. I started to keep track of how much more your advertisement is seen with or without paying.. One month I bought an add like my boss wanted, one month I didnt listen to him an didn't do it..did this for 6 months and kept track of the traffic..the difference is so little that it is NOT worth your money. Is my opinion. The ratio was 3 more people per 1000. For those prices that is way too little. The promised people you should reach more when paying is nihi and non-existing, almost so that I dare to call it a scam.

What gets me is the amount of websites you go on and and it asks if you want to logon via Facebook or Twitter.
I'm on neither, if I really want to participate I will create an account, it just annoys me when I see their icons on nearly all websites.
I think lots must logon that way then it's more information FB will have about that person.
