Google for the breed clubs, maybe they can put you in touch with a breeder that ships.

FBCM = French Black Copper Marans, right?

What age do you need? I've seen that some hatcheries have them as day-old chicks. You could order several, keep the best and eat the rest, and be ready for breeding by next spring.
