Feather-footed bantam breed?

My daughter picked this sweet bantam out of the Assorted Bantams bin at Tractor Supply. She didn't even notice the feathered feet until we got home! They are almost comically big on this little one. We are new to bantams and haven't been able to even guess at the breed. It's probably about a week and a half old, so I know probably to early to guess at the gender. Any ideas on the breed? Thank you!!

I can't think of a feather legged rose comb bantam breed, I wonder what it is...

My D’Uccle have superrrrrrr tiny combs, they could totally be mistaken for pea combs. Hatchery stick isn’t always as floofy faced as show quality

Based on skin color, pattern, source, clear pea comb, etc.
