What are the feathers called that are dark with silver or white around their perimeters like sebrights? I can't seem to find it in all my searches. John

I think that's called "penciled". Or maybe "spangled". Hmm, not sure, myself, actually! Lot of help, aren't I?!

It's called "laced" or "lacing."
