Predators are the pits!  They always seem to target our best birds too.

Keep us posted when you hatch those chicks and let us know if the tail feathering is an anomaly or hereditary

You're right I've decided that when I go s one I really like I'm going to say that I don't like it and the predators will leave it alone.

It seems that the ones that I've said that I liked and wanted to use for breeding that's the ones that they always get.

That tends to happen to me too with my chickens, luckily my favorite pigeons haven't.
