Feather growth

My rooster mounts only one of my hens with aggression where he has taken off majority of her feathers on her back and it’s only with her where he removes so many. Do you guys know of anything to help grow her feathers back for the winter

You can get hen saddles, or get rid of the rooster.

Is he still young?

She'll have to molt in order to grow back the feathers.

She’ll need a chicken saddle, pretty easy to make if you like that sort of thing.
