Feather Issues?

My six hens are seven weeks old now and appear to be fully feathered, but I see random feathers laying around or coming off when preening. It’s not a lot, just one or two here and there. Is this normal? Also, one of my buffs seems to have a mohawk on her back. Nothing feels off but it stays through preening and petting. I attached a picture of her.

They will continue to go through juvenile molts until around 3-5 months when adult feathers come in. Otherwise they would grow out of their feathers.
