Feather issues

Out of 8 chickens, I have two where the feathers on their head are dwindling away. Then one of them has a bunch of broken Feathers on her wing and many around her neck.
I don’t have a rooster, and I have seen others peck at them but nothing more than that.
Could I have a disease issue?

Are they molting?
Space size? For how many birds?
Signs of mites or lice?

I don’t see any mites
They have a chicken run and an add on that is a large dog run.

I was thinking they might be molting but it seems like they molted 6-7 months ago.

What's the protein on the feed? How much scratch do they get?

They get scratch and mealworms every day and the protein with their food is 21%
