Feather loss and not re-growing

Hi there, I have a hen who is bald on her back and sides. The major feather loss started last February and we assumed it was being over bred. But around the same time several of my birds lost a lot of feathers after an extreme cold snap. Many of my hens have since started to moult and their feathers are coming back. But not this one poor girl. Is it possible for her to just be a delayed moulter? Will she ever re-grow these feathers? And no mites. I’ve looked for that. She is 18 months old. Anyone ever have this happen?

Separate her from the rooster until she grows her feathers back, with less feathers a hen can be badly wounded if mated. She will grow these feathers back when she moults. For now, look around and see if you can get some higher protein feed, this will help with feather regrowth. Good luck with her.
