My hens look EXACTLY like yours! It all started back a few months ago from over breeding. I took the roosters out, and it's been several months now, and no improvement yet. The bare spots on the shoulders, as well as the back are from the rooster mounting and using it's claws on their shoulders.
Some things I am doing, is using blue coat, and at some point I put an apron on a few of them. Both can be done at night for easier handling. You can also apply a sunscreen.
Their feathers will grow back at next molt. Be sure to up the protein in their diet, as feathers are made up of protein, and really zap the chickens of it. You can add some dry cat food too, and or, black sun flower seeds. Poor things, I hate to see them that way, but take care of them, and be patient.
