Feather loss around face

My just seven week old brahma has feathers loss around her face. She is outdoors during part of the day but still living inside. (Transitioning to outdoors) No other chicken seems to be picking on her. Her vent looks nirmal, eyes are normal. Is this feather loss normal for a chick? Is there something I should do or check? It doesn't show well in the pics and looks more red in real life.
