feather loss by tail feathers

Help my hens are becoming bald by their tail feathers...not sue what is causing it...however, I noticed two of my larger black astralorps hens still have all theirs and seem to peck at the others....are they causing the others to lose their feathers?

Do you have a rooster (or more) in your flock? If so, this is an area where "rooster damage" is often seen. Have you noticed any picking going on among the birds? Have you examined the birds (both those with feather loss and those without) for parasites? What is the condition of the skin in the exposed areas?

No roosters I think...and I will have to take closer look at their skin...if it is parasites what can I do to get their feathers to come back?
