feather loss due to aggressive mating

Hello i have a barred rock rooster who loves mating with my chickens every 20 minutes. For the first few weeks it seemed like nothing was really happening to them until my dad noticed that one of our meat chickens started to lose feathers out of no where. As the day had passed the more scratches we started to notice on her back and some few feather loss. We also noticed that it wasn’t bullying but just aggressive mating. We finally decided to separate our meat chickens from our roosters and that actually seemed to stop the problem. The only problem we have is that we actually want our chickens to lay eggs that contains chicks but i think it’s impossible with this aggressive mating. Any help? (English isn’t my first language so sorry for my grammar )

You can add and remove the rooster as needed. I think eggs are fertile for a few weeks after mating.

Many roosters mate that often, and some will favor easier hens. Often a few hens end up losing feathers from mating. As long as there are no wounds it's generally fine except for not looking good.

Sadly she has alot of scratches on her back, she actually had a huge hole last week which led to her to bleed really badly

You can use hen saddles if it's important for these hens to be mated by this rooster. Personally I don't like over vigorous roosters, or those that are too rough.

I would also check toenails and spurs on the rooster to make sure they aren't too sharp.
